Conference Housing

Thank you for inquiring about Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) Conference Housing. IUPUI is located in downtown Indianapolis, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, the interstate, and the airport. The campus is just a few blocks from the Indiana Government Center, Victory Field and Lucas Oil Stadium, and adjacent to White River State Park, home of the NCAA National Headquarters, the Indiana State Museum, Indianapolis Zoo, and the Eiteljorg Museum.

The Office of Housing and Residence Life, as an auxiliary enterprise of IUPUI, is dedicated to serving and supporting the academic mission of the University. While it is our primary objective to provide housing services for regularly enrolled students, residential accommodations and meeting areas may be made available for groups of ten (10) or more participants for summer conferences and guests of the University. In order to maintain an aggressive renovation and maintenance schedule, short-term housing is made available on a limited basis during May 25 — July 31 and a minimum stay of six (6) nights is required.

If you are interested in reserving accommodations, please review our Conference Policies and Procedures, which outline our services in detail, and return a completed Conference Housing Reservation Form. It is important that dates, number of rooms needed, and room types are specified. Once your request is reviewed, you will be contacted by one of our Conference Coordinators and a Letter of Agreement (LOA) will be mailed to you. Upon receipt of the signed LOA, the reservation space will be confirmed.
