Meeting Room and Event Space Rates

Individuals or groups may use space in the Campus Center based on their classification. The different classifications are based on individual and group identification.

All registered student organizations recognized by The Office of Student Involvement.

Student Organizations - Reservations for events taking place next academic school year can be made starting March 1 and December 1 for the summer events.

Required if access to Campus Center is needed before or after normal building operating hours. Additional monitors could be required.

*Cancellations need to be made at least two (2) business days prior to reservation date. If you fail to cancel an event at least two (2) business days in advance or you do not show up to use your reserved space you will be assessed a late cancellation fee. The late cancellation fee for failure to cancel is $50. If you should fail to cancel an event for a second time it is $75 and failure to cancel for a third time is $100.

Failure to cancel an information table within two (2) business days will be assessed a $25 late cancellation/no show fee.

B. University Departments

University departments/offices meeting to conduct business directly related to their function, operations, or mission of the university.

University Departments - Reservations can be made 13 months in advance.

C. Non-Profit Organizations

• Non-profit and non-university organizations sponsoring community service related events
• Government agencies sponsoring non-profit educational or service-related events
• School districts, including charter schools educational activities
• Non-profit and university department hosting conferences and workshops which registration and entrance fees are charged
• Non-profit organizations must provide a copy of their tax exempt certificate

Non-Profit Organizations - Reservations can be made 6 months in advance.
