Event Services is your one-stop shop to planning events in the Campus Center. Our staff can help you schedule meeting rooms, information tables, banners, and table tents.
Event Services is also the department that can reserve academic space across campus for Registered Student Organizations next event.
The Event Services Staff are trained to help you host the best possible event.

Online Room Reservations

Reservations for meeting rooms 148 - 409 can be made online by visiting rooms.iupui.edu. Clients are able look at availability on a specific date six (6) months from today. Clients cannot reserve space online if the event is taking place between today and three days from now.
